Welcome to Cashmere Cottage Yarn!
We sell natural fiber yarns, knitting, crocheting and spinning supplies. We carry Fair Trade yarns from Frog Tree and Wool Peddler, Fair Trade knitting needles and needle cases from Lantern Moon. Call the shop for our class schedule that changes each season. When you purchase your supplies at CCYarn you will receive free help anytime we are available during store hours.
Wenatchee Valley's "Knit a Hug" Women for Women - Knitting for Peace prayer shawl ministry meets every Tuesday from 12:15 to 1:15 PM. Patterns and knitting help are available. Prayers, conversation and laughter are knitted, stitch by stitch, into the shawls during the hour.
We support the non-profit charitable organization Stitches From The Heart (www.stitchesfromtheheart.org) that makes hats, sweaters, booties and blankets for premature and needy babies. We are a collection site for the finished gifts and have free patterns and yarn available.
